The Little Brown Jug

	Marina van Zyl South African girl Marina has stepped into the top spot after serving 2 years at The Chaser Inn from April 06. She took the reigns along with her Black Cat "Nugget". Partial to a drop of Cider, she is not afraid to work in the kitchen, but not at the same time of course!
	Jan Jacobs One of our hard core part time people, Jan has been at The Chaser from the beginning and is now at The Little Brown Jug.
	Todd Fleetwood Todd is our Assistant Manager. Regularly teased for being a Northerner, he has brewed his own ale, and can often be found wondering around with a bottle of brandy, wearing wellies! (Hunters of course!)
	Fin Robertson Chiddingstone Causeway born and bred, local lad Fin is our Assistant Manager. Glued to the bar, whether working or not, "Diddly" is planning to take over the world by shooting game!.

	James Moyle-Rosser James is our Head Chef, he originally came to the company as Sous Chef at the Chaser and then having gone off to taste other places, he has returned to take over the kitchen here coming up with lots of new ideas including our Fish Friday!

	Laura Baker Laura has been with the company for a few years now and currently works as our Junior Sous Chef after a promotion in June. She's a bit of a party animal who loves going out with her friends terrorising the local clubs. Watch out guys you've been warned!

	Shaun Guetta Shaun is our Commis Chef, he is keen to learn and is a good grafter in the kitchen. Being a good friend of Laura's, he is also part of the party animals to be found around Tonbridge (when he can get a night off!).
	Peter Misslebrook Peter is our full time Kitchen Assistant. He's been working at The Little Brown Jug for 13 years. Peter has recently become a grandad for the second time and has three grownup children of his own. When he gets time to himself he likes nothing more than to settle down in front of the telly watching Eastenders with a ham sandwich and a packet of plain crisps (prepared earlier by the wife) - magic aye Peter!
	Natasha Petrovicova Natasha is Paolo's wife who came over to join him as she missed him so much! She does a sterling job in the kitchen and is a great fire starter!
	Paolo Petrovic Paolo is our full time Handyman and Kitchen Assistant. He is a huge fan of D.I.Y. Most of the wood, electrical items or paint we throw away ends up in his room under the "may be useful one day" sign. He loves his vodka and music, when mixed he enjoys a traditional Slovakian jig!
	Ann Waters Ann is our part time Cleaner. She also has worked at The Little Brown Jug for more years than she'd like to admit. In her spare time she enjoys taking her labrador out on walks around the countryside, reading, and lots of gossip!
	Sue Ward Sue is also part of our Cleaning team. She enjoys every soap there is on telly and also a good gossip with Ann.
