Welcome to The Little Brown Jug, we have been looking after the pub since April 2006. Then in February 2007 the pub underwent a big refurbishment. The Little Brown Jug has a fantastic beer garden and lots of character, three real log fires and no gaming machines!

We offer simple hearty home made British food. We only use quality ingredients, we have a decent wine list and well kept ales. Food is served all day every day which makes it ideal to pop along for a late lunch or early dinner.

The pub is now an ideal place for people to meet, eat, drink and chat in a relaxed informal atmosphere. Come and have a look, we think it's fantastic.

The Little Brown Jug  was finalist in The Publican 2008/2009 Awards in the category of Food Pub of the Year, along with that, Todd, the Assistant Manager, was finalist in the category of Bar Person of the Year. The Mark Cross won the award Customer Service Pub 2008/09 and Whiting and Hammond was a finalist in the Small Multiple Operator category.

Whiting and Hammond have also reached the final for the Customer Care and Service Category in the West Kent Excellency Awards 2009.

Friday to Saturday open from 11am until 12 midnight
Sunday we open from 12midday until 11pm
